Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Join us for a mindful vinyasa yoga flow practice. Great way to begin your weekend. Start with intention to connect our mind, body and spirit through pranayama (breath work) and warm up postures. Moira will then guide you through a series of asana, using elemental sequencing for a flowing, mindful yet invigorating practice. Ending with a cool down and blissful savasana and guided meditation, you will leave this class energized, connected and refreshed! All levels welcome.
